Within 14 days of receiving the goods, you have the option of returning your order to us without giving reasons.

To do this, you can either use our cancellation form ( § 5 of the General Terms and Conditions ), call us on 0800 2297472 or send an email to map@ayurveda-produkte.de

We will have the goods picked up by Deutsche Post/DHL or send you a return label.

If you want to return/complain about goods at a later date, please fill out the return slip that is on the original delivery note for your shipment and enclose it with the return.

You generally have to bear the return costs yourself. We will cover the return costs for customers from Germany if you send the goods with Deutsche Post / DHL to the following address:

Returns can also be made using any other parcel service. However, you will then bear the costs for the return yourself.

When returning, please use the original package or pack the goods in a suitable box so that they are unbreakable. Please put the completed return slip in the package.

As soon as we receive your return, we will check it and issue a credit note. If you have already paid the invoice amount at this point, your credit will be transferred to you.
